In a step towards expanding its footprint in the US, 4ThePlayer has received approval from the Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board (PGCB) to participate in the iGaming market.

This development marks an important moment in the company’s journey towards continued growth within the US, with Pennsylvania marking the fourth market (following New Jersey, Michigan and Connecticut) where 4ThePlayer has secured licensing for its games.

The company’s portfolio features a range of titles, such as “4 Fantastic Lobsters” and “9k Yeti,” that are now set to debut in Pennsylvania and hope to provide a new experience for local players.

Chris Ash, Business Development Director and co-founder of 4ThePlayer, stated: “I am thrilled we can bring our unique gaming experience to the players of Pennsylvania.

“After the success we have seen with these titles in other states, we are excited for players in Pennsylvania to play them!”

This news comes at a time when the Pennsylvania online casino market has been experiencing steady growth, with iGaming revenue surging by 40.5% to $184.9m, in comparison to $131.6m in 2023.

Notably, online slots revenue alone saw a significant increase of 35.6% to $125.9m.

With this in mind, 4ThePlayer hopes that its recent licence acquisition will position the company well to capitalise on this growing Pennsylvania market.
