Eaton Gate Gaming, the operator behind the Kwiff and Betkwiff brands, has appointed Garry McGibbon as its new Director of Acquisition. McGibbon will lead the marketing services company Spryme, based in Gibraltar, with a focus on expanding Kwiff’s market presence in both the UK and international markets.
McGibbon brings over 25 years of experience in the gambling industry to his new role. He began his career as a horseracing analyst and journalist with Timeform before transitioning to the operator side in 2007.
McGibbon has held various senior positions, including MD of the Mandalay Media Division for JPJ Group from 2015 to 2019, and Commercial Director for Europe and Asia at Gamesys from 2019 to 2021. Most recently, he served as VP Commercial and briefly as CMO for Casumo between 2022 and 2023.
Eaton Gate Gaming CEO Charles Lee commented: “We are pleased to bring Garry into the team to work across the Kwiff and Betkwiff brands. His experience and extensive knowledge will be an invaluable asset as we continue to deliver on our progressive expansion strategy.”
In April 2024, Kwiff partnered with Kambi Group’s AI-powered trading division, Tzeract, to integrate the Bet Builder product into its sportsbook. This product initially focuses on football, with plans to extend to additional sports in the future. This partnership aims to enhance Kwiff’s betting offerings ahead of the Euro 2024 tournament.
Earlier this year, Kwiff also secured a horseracing streaming agreement with Racecourse Media Group (RMG). This deal provides Kwiff players with access to UK and Irish racing content from RMG’s 35 racecourses.
