Play’n Go partners with Betsson for Spain

Play’n Go has partnered with Betsson.

This is to further solidify its presence in Spanish markets, after launching for the first time several years ago.

Also as part of this initiative, Play’n Go gained an operating licence from Spain this time last year, meaning that it can self-certify its own games and release them to Spanish customers from day one.

Players at the Spanish-facing Betsson site will be able to access a range of Play’n Go titles, such as Book of Dead, Reactoonz, and Star Joker.

Michele Stefanelli, Sales Leader, Play’n Go LatAm and Southern Europe, said: “We’re pleased to confirm this partnership with Betsson in Spain and look forward to sharing our world-class games with their players.

“Play’n Go is committed to a safe, sustainable, entertainment-led industry, an attitude we’re happy to say is shared by Betsson, making them a great partner for us.”

As Play’n Go developers all of its games using HTML5 technology, players can use both the mobile and desktop versions of Betsson’s online casino to play its games.

Miguel Gener, Betsson Head of Spain, said: “We’re excited to welcome classic games like Book of Dead to our portfolio, and we’re confident that our players will thoroughly enjoy Play’n Go’s entire catalogue of games.

“Spain is an important market for both businesses, and this partnership will go a long way to ensuring continued success in the country for Play’n Go and Betsson.”

It’s not just Play’n Go that has seen the potential in Betsson for the Latam markets, as Light & Wonder expanded in Argentina through a similar deal with the operator.
