SCCG Management has announced a strategic collaboration with Comm100, a provider specialising in AI-powered omnichannel communication solutions.

This partnership aims to improve player engagement and customer support within the gaming industry through the implementation of personalised and efficient communication channels. 

Comm100’s AI-powered omnichannel platform offers personalised, 24/7 engagement for players, with the goal of enhancing acquisition, engagement and retention for gaming organisations worldwide.

By integrating essential communication channels into a unified agent console, Comm100 enables gaming operators to provide efficient and personalised support, thereby improving the overall player experience.

SCCG will facilitate the distribution of Comm100’s platform, including its AI-powered chatbot and responsible gaming solutions. Through this partnership, gaming operators will gain access to advanced technologies that automate queries, streamline queue management and facilitate two-way conversational messaging across multiple channels.
